Data Scientists: The new Sexy Job


According to statistics, 90% of the data in world today has been created in the last two years. All of this data provides new opportunities for discovery for those who are willing to analyze it. Making meaning out of large chink of data has become a thing of interest since the last decade. The people who analyse data are called Data scientists.

“Data Scientist” isn’t even listed as a career by the US Government’s Bureau of Labor Statistic  yet, but it’s already been named the sexiest job of the 21st century by Harvard Business Review.

With a growth pattern similar to that of data itself, it’s safe to say that data scientists are going to be in high demand. Among other skills, being a practitioner of data science requires analytical thinking, mathematical/statistical ability, a knack for communicating results to non-data people, and creativity.
Data scientists is the new sexy job that people should start looking into so ......... watch out.

Bollywood icon Irrfan Khan dies aged 54

Irrfan Khan, a veteran character actor in Bollywood movies and one of India's best-known actors in Hollywood, has died after being admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital with a colon infection. He was 54 years old. Khan played the police in Millionaire” and the park executive Masrani in “Jurassic World.” He also appeared in “The Amazing Spider-Man” and the adventure fantasy “Life of Pi.” Khan was diagnosed with a rare neuroendocrine cancer in 2018 and wrote that “I trust, I have surrendered,” in a heartfelt note after he broke the news of his battle with cancer. Khan won a number of film awards in India, including a 2012 Indian National Film Award for best actor for his performance in “Paan Singh Tomar,” a compelling tale of a seven-time national champion athlete who quit India’s armed forces to rule the Chambal ravines in central India. Khan received an Independent Spirit Award for supporting actor in 2006 for the Indian-American drama “The Namesake”
