The golden Eaglets of Nigeria trash Mali 2:0 to retain the FIFA U- 17 World cup for a record fifth time. Nigeria missed the chance to score a first goal in the fourth minute when Mali's shot stopper, Samuel saved Ebere's spot kick and Ebere headed the rebound against the crossbar and the first half ended goal less. In the second half, Nigeria again hit the crossbar ass they were looking for the first goal and it finally came from the man of the moment, Victor Osimhen and minutes later, Funsho Bamgboye riffled a shot into the back of the net and Nigeria held on for a much deserved win.
