Starve your Distractions, Feed your Focus



A lot of people have problems staying focused in what they do. They tend to give up half way through instead of finishing the whole stuff. The problem is that, when you start something new, your body is not used to it and it tends to fight off the exercise or whatever you are doing by reminding you of your comfort zone (i.e things you are already used to). It is now left for you to decide if you will give in and go to your comfort zone or you will persist and enjoy the fruits of your new endeavor. #BEWISE
