Can't wait to see the Light of the Sunday morning when Nigeria will make it 57 years of Independence. I've been preparing for so long for this special day and I hope you are too.
But as Nigeria marks Her 57th year as an Independent Country, has she achieved anything to Justify that she is celebrating 57 years of Independence?. Share your thoughts..

Borno State Gov't to pay WAEC fees

Borno state government is planning to pay the registration fees of the WAEC and NECO examinations for the Senior Secondary School Students, who are graduating later this year, the Commissioner for Education, Barrister Isa Buratai has said. He said in order to reduce the hardship being experienced by parents of the studens, who are mostly farmers and their means of living has been shattered by insurgence The Commissioner, who spoke during a courtesy call paid on him at his office by the Nigerian Union of Teachers (NUT), Borno state chapter, said parents may however be asked to pay 25% of the total cost of the registration fees
