  CHAPTER TEN "Mom why are you cooking so much food this early?" I asked when I saw several dishes on the kitchen counter. "You know today is Sunday, we are going to church and those little angels at the Sunday School will be expecting their delicious treats." "You keep spoiling them." I said upset to see her stressing herself out. She came closer and covered my right cheek with her left hand, with a smile she said. "Let me spoil them Atinuke mi, then God will surely make my only child's life so beautiful that people will say that God is spoiling her." Whatever mom has done till date has always been for me.   CHAPTER NINE "Ahh, what arrogance."  I watched as he went away and then hissed and went back to my apartment. "How could I expect him to be of help to me. That...that....." I rolled my eyes as a murmured this words to myself. I spent thirty minutes looking for a new dress to wear. All I had was office wears, I rarely go out for any event. Though I like talking a lot sometimes but I am not that social. "Gosh, I am in so much trouble now. That dress was the best I had."  I was about to put on the only skirt and top that could possibly fit into a wedding style when I heard a heavy knock on my door. My heart missed a beat and I almost ran into my room to hid. "Will you open the door or not?" A manly voice asked. How could I not recognize that voice, that is obviously Sam's voice.   CHAPTER SEVEN I opened my eyes, I could still hear the loud music but I was on my bed sweating and I wasn't the younger me in that garden or with my mom and friends. Sadly I realized "It was just a dream. All of that was a long dream, I can't believe it. It felt so real." Well it is real, a realistic dream because this was what happened to us several years ago, that time was when my dad abadoned us, he simply disappeared without any goodbyes. I looked around me, there wasn't anyone around. I started getting angry "Who are those people playing music at my window. Are they mad or something? Let me check who they are. I will teach them some manners." I got down from bed.
