Celebration Chelsea crowned Premier league Champions

Chelsea have been crowned Premier league Champions as they beat
Crystal Palace on Sunday, despite two games remaining.
The Blues were Champions when Hazard headed the rebound of his penalty
spot effort into the back of the net after the keeper failed to hold
unto the ball following his save.
