Speaker Kebbi House of Representatives impeached

The speaker of Kebbi state house of representatives Hassan Shalla has
been impeached for alleged breach of trust and embezzlement of his
colleague's fund.
In the absence of the speaker and his Deputy, the sitting where the
speaker was removed, was taken over by a member Abubakar ,
representing Birnin-kebbi North constituency.
12 of the 24 members of the House were present at the sitting and
supported the impeachment.
