"Is crime a southerner?" - Chima Nnaji asks

Popular Legal practitioner Chima Nnaji has asked a question on Channels TV this morning that "Is crime a southerner?". Based on the recent comment made by the Presidency to the Law makers that
Magu will continue to be EFCC Chairman till their tenure ends, this Legal practitioner made it known that the EFCC Chairman has never come from the South since it's creation in 2003. This revelation is quite surprising and will be a matter of debate in the nearest future.
